Return Policy
All shirts
are inspected for defects before shipping. We are not responsible
for any damage due to shipping. You are encouraged to purchase
shipping insurance with your order. If the shirt does not fit it
may be returned but please be advised that all shipping on
returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer
must contact us before returning a shirt. The number to call is
660 342-6401 or email at: pastormark@kvnazarene.org. If we do issue a refund, we refund the
actual purchase price only. We do not refund the original
shipping cost.
If you are coming to Pinecrest for any reason it would be more cost
effective to pick the shirts up.
Protect your mail against loss or damage with insurance.

options for adding security to the merchandise you order.
Security is key when you’re ordering valuables through the mail.
Getting insurance provides that security. Insure your package
only for what its contents are worth; you’re only covered for the
actual value at the time and place of mailing.
