Do I have to be with a group to rent a cabin?
In order to rent one of our cabins or dorms you must be part of a group that has rented the property.

Our pool and gymnasium are the only things available for rent by individuals not with a group on campus.

Do you have wifi?
We do! We have wifi coverage in our Dining Hall, most of the meeting rooms, and most of our dorms and cabins.

Can i book the camp for my wedding?
Unfortunately we do not allow people to rent the camp as a venue for their wedding.
Can i bring fireworks to camp?
We DO NOT ALLOW individuals to bring fireworks with them to campus for potential chance of injury, property damage, and fire risk.
Are the camp snack shack and gift shop
cash only?
Our shops accept cash, card, and mobile payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay, ect.)
Can i bring my pets?
Pets are NOT allowed to stay in any of Pinecrest's facilities;
Guests staying our RV park are allowed to have pets with them but they must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES and must be kept inside through the night.
Service animals are allowed but Pinecrest must be notified about the service animal(s) prior to your arrival.
