Camp and Conference Center
1252 Hwy C. Fredericktown, MO

COVID-19 Statement:
Pinecrest Camp is again open for business after closing down for seven weeks amid the current pandemic.
During our shut down, we evaluated what extra steps could be taken to ensure the health and safety of our guests while on campus.  While the cleanliness of our facilities and grounds has always been a top priority at Pinecrest, we are implementing the following changes:
  • New hand-washing station is being set up outside of the Dining Hall.  All guests will be asked to wash their hands before lining up for a meal or entering the building.
  • Meals will be served cafeteria style instead of buffet style.  While this change will slow down how quickly we can move guests through the food line, it will prevent hundreds of hands touching the same serving utensils at each meal.
  • Staff members serving food to guests will wear masks.
  • New sneeze guard installed over the full length of the food bar.
  • Additional sanitizing spray will be used on all tables and chairs in the Dining Hall after our routine cleanup is complete.
  • Dining Hall can be set up with all round tables instead of rectangular tables if a group desires.
  • Dorm and public bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected daily by our cleaning staff.
  • UVC light will be used in each room that we clean between guests.  This is an extra step to help ensure every surface of a room is sanitized.
  • We are encouraging our groups to spread their housing out as much as possible (especially in the dorms).  Often times we have housing that goes unused and the additional buildings can be used to reduce crowding in dorms.
  • Disinfecting of sports equipment and playground equipment will take place daily.
As always, we will work closely with camp leadership and camp nurses to ensure every precaution is being taken to protect camper’s health while at Pinecrest.
We look forward to seeing and serving you!
