Kitchen Head cook wanted!
Pinecrest Camp and Conference Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook for our kitchen operations. To ensure the delivery of high-quality meals for our camps, conferences, and retreats. This position requires a person committed to service ministry who is willing to work seasonal hours to meet our guests’ needs. A "service ministry" requires a servant's heart and a willing spirit, both of which are essential elements of our service culture. We aim to create an environment where the presence of God is invited into the experience of every guest. The role of our staff is to reflect God's love and sacrifice through their attitudes, expressions, and by maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing nutritious and delicious meals for our guests. Our kitchen is versatile and flexible, designed to meet the needs of various programs and guests. With rotating menus, we strive to offer high-quality and unique food that matches the atmosphere of each camp program and group we serve. Duties include food preparation, cooking, baking, serving, cleaning, and managing inventory, along with mentoring and training kitchen staff.
