The Ropes Course is a team based activity that everyone in a group must work together to get through the course.

Lilly pads
The goal of this event is to get each member of your team standing on their own lilly pad.
How it's done:
Each member will begin at a "jump off point" and swing on a rope to the lilly pad they are going to stand on; the group must work as a team to get everyone on a lilly pad.

The peak
The goal of this event is to get your entire team over the peak and back again.
How it's done:
Team members must run up the face and slide down the other side; team members who can not make it up on their own must be helped by their teammates to get over the peak. All team members must cross over for the peak to be a success.

Balance beam
The goal of this event is to keep the beam level for 10 seconds or longer.
How it's done:
Every member of the team sits on either side of the beam's mid point. the beam is leveled by moving members forward and backwards on the beam.

The tightrope
The goal of this event is to move between two trees using only a cable and the two ropes provided with the event.
How it's done:
The participant begins on one side the event and working their way across while holding on to a rope. Near the mid point the user will have to switch to a new rope handed to them by a teammate and let go of the rope they started with. The participant completes the event by making it across the cable to the other tree.

trust walk
The goal of this event is to work with a teammate to move down a widening set of cables.
How it's done:
Two team members must stand on separate cables near the base of the event and interlock fingers. The team members then begin moving down the cable and must begin pushing against each other to keep from falling off the cables. team members that trust each other will be able to get further down the event by pushing against their teammate; while team members who do not trust each other will pull their teammate off the cable.

rope swing
The goal of this event is to move the entire team from one log to the other using only a rope.
How it's done:
Every member of the team must swing from one log to the other with out touching the area between the two logs. Teammates who can not complete this event on their own must get help from their teammates to get across.

king's ring
The goal of this event is to remove the tire from the utility pole sitting in the middle of it
How it's done:
This event can only be completed by teenagers and above.
The team must work together to lift the tire up and off the utility pole by any means necessary, for an added challenge the team can put the tire back on the pole for the next group.

Pass-thru tire
The goal of this event is to pass the members of your team through the large tire.
How it's done:
The person being passed through the tire cannot touch any part of the tire.

Norwegian Skis
The goal of this event is to work as a team to walk a certain distance by using two boards and ropes.
How it's done:
The entire team stand on top of the 4x4 boards and grabs a rope with each hand. The team must work together to "walk" to the end.

The goal of this event is to move your entire team across the barrels using only the board provided.
How it's done:
The team moves members from barrel using the board provided. The board can only be passed to with team members on it.
